Ideas for storage in a small bedroom include, use a decorative chest for a nightstand to store items or clothing, or place an ottoman under a window or at the foot of the bed for seating as well as holding winter clothes. Storage, or sweater boxes can be slid under a bed. If the bed is too low, try setting the frame up on risers and add a bed skirt that flows to the floor, to hide what’s underneath.
